2. Scope and Offerings

ConscienceBoard is devoted to values driven board thinking. We offer three categories of deliverables: services, informational products, and physical goods.

2.1 Services

Includes workshops, board retreats, strategic consultations and custom planning sessions. Participation details and schedules will be confirmed via email prior to the event.

2.2 Informational Products

Includes digital guides, training videos, e-books and online modules designed for self-paced study.

2.3 Goods

Includes printed materials, branded items and workbooks shipped to your address.

3. Reimbursement and Transfer Policy

3.1 Services

Requests for reimbursements must be submitted in writing at least 21 days before the scheduled event date. Approved requests will be reimbursed via the original transaction method within 14 business days. You may elect to transfer your slot to another individual by providing written notice no less than 14 days in advance.

3.2 Informational Products

Due to the immediate delivery and access rights, digital items are not subject to reimbursement. In exceptional circumstances, you may receive credit toward another informational offering if requested within 14 days of purchase.

3.3 Goods

Unused goods in original condition are eligible for reimbursement when the request is made within 30 days of delivery confirmation. To initiate this process, contact our contact page. Approved cases will be reimbursed via the original transaction medium within 14 business days of approval.

4. Non-Reimbursable Services

Certain bespoke board intensives and exclusive retreats are non-reimbursable once venue and facilitator commitments are secured. This policy ensures viability for all participants and reflects contractual obligations with third-party venues and resources.

5. Amendments

ConscienceBoard may revise these terms at any time. The most current version will be posted at conscienceboard.info. Continued participation signals acceptance of any changes.
